Share this link with clients. They'll be asked to log in or create a free account. Their portal is automatically scoped to their own account data only.
Setup Steps
Add the client's email to their Account
In the client's Account record, make sure the Email field matches the email address they'll use to log in. This is how the portal links them to their data.
Invite the client to the portal
Send the client the portal link below. When they open it they'll be prompted to create an account (or sign in) using their email address.
Share documents with the client
In the Documents section of any Account, check 'Share with Client' on documents you want visible in their portal (policy dec pages, ID cards, certs, etc.).
Monitor incoming requests
Every portal submission creates a task in your Activities work queue and appears in Client Requests. Replies you send from Client Requests are visible to the client in their portal.
LOB-Organized Documents: Client portal now mirrors agent-side document organization by line of business for consistent UX
Required Docs Checklists: Clients see the same compliance checklists agents use, ensuring transparency
Educational Tooltips: Every required document includes a novice-friendly description explaining what it is, where it comes from, and why it's needed
Bidirectional Upload & Versioning: Clients can upload documents directly with LOB tagging; all uploads are auto-shared with agency (is_shared_with_client: true)
Version Control: Both client and agent uploads support versioning via parent_document_id; portal displays latest versions only
